Frequently Asked Questions
Answers on testing strategy, GCC behaviour, measurement tools, experiment cadence, and how we prove CRO impact.
We prioritise the biggest points of friction and the highest potential impact. That usually starts with a mix of analytics review, user behaviour data, qualitative insight, and revenue opportunity so we are not testing random ideas. The first tests are the ones most likely to remove friction or increase confidence in the buying journey.
GCC audiences often expect stronger trust signals, faster access to human contact, more mobile-first flows, and in many cases WhatsApp as a real conversion path. We adapt page hierarchy, form length, language choice, and proof points to match those expectations. The goal is not to stereotype users, but to design for the way they actually buy.
We usually rely on analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing tools depending on the stack. If instrumentation is missing, we will specify the tracking work needed before running meaningful tests. You do not need to install anything blindly; we align the tools to the site and the experiment plan.
The number of experiments depends on traffic, conversion volume, and how quickly results can be trusted. Some sites can only support one good test at a time, while others can run several in parallel. Sample size is not a guess; we estimate it from your baseline conversion rate and the size of the change you want to detect.
Conversion rate is only one part of the story. We also look at revenue per visitor, lead quality, average order value, lifetime value, and acquisition cost so we can tell whether the test actually improved the business. If a test raises conversion but hurts quality, we will call that out rather than hiding it.
