Frequently Asked Questions

Web Design & Development FAQs

Practical answers on platforms, RTL support, CRO-led design, launch support, and speed-first build decisions.

What platforms do you build on, and how do you choose between WordPress, Shopify, and headless for a given project?

We choose the platform based on the business model, not preference. WordPress is often best for content-led marketing sites, Shopify is usually strongest for ecommerce, and headless only makes sense when performance, scale, or integration complexity justifies it. The right platform is the one that fits the growth plan and the team who will manage it.

How do you ensure the site is optimised for both Arabic (RTL) and English layouts from the start?

We design the information architecture and components so RTL is part of the system, not an afterthought. That means type, spacing, navigation, and template logic are tested for both languages during the build, not retrofitted after launch. It is much cheaper and cleaner to solve this before the first page goes live.

What does your CRO-led design process look like — how do design decisions get validated?

We begin with research, page intent, and conversion goals, then move into wireframes and content hierarchy before visual design. Decisions are validated against user behaviour, analytics, and funnel logic so the page is not just visually attractive but commercially useful. If a design choice reduces clarity or conversion, we change it.

What are the handover and post-launch support arrangements?

Every build should end with clear documentation, access handover, and training for the client team. We can also support the site after launch with maintenance, optimisation, and iterative improvements if needed. The exact support model depends on whether you need a one-off build or an ongoing growth partner.

How do you build for Core Web Vitals and page speed from the ground up?

We set performance budgets early, keep scripts lean, compress assets, and avoid design choices that create unnecessary bloat. That includes image optimisation, sensible font loading, clean component structure, and careful use of third-party tools. Speed is built into the process, not bolted on at the end.
